Epson EcoTank ET-3760 All-In-One Cartridge-Free Supertank Printer

Review of the Epson EcoTank ET-3760 All-In-One Cartridge-Free Supertank Printer at PCMag

    • PROS

Terrific print quality. Small footprint. Exceptionally low running costs. Thousands of pages worth of ink in the box. PrecisionCore printhead output quality. Two years warranty with registration. Excellent mobile connectivity options.

    • Somewhat slow. Duty cycle and recommended volume ratings could be higher. Lacks support for flash memory devices.

  • The Epson EcoTank ET-3760 is a bulk-ink all-in-one printer that delivers excellent print quality and low running costs. Its lack of an ADF, though, might be a deal breaker for some offices.

Editors’ Rating: GOOD

At $399.99, the second machine from the top in Epson’s most recent round of bulk-ink models, the EcoTank ET-3760, lists for $100 less than its Editors’ Choice sibling, the EcoTank ET-4760. For that lower price, you give up significant capacity and a few key productivity features, including an auto-duplexer (for scanning the second side of two-sided pages) and the ability to send and receive faxes. Depending on the types of documents and volume your small, micro, or home-based office produces, the manual-duplexing ADF alone may be a deal-breaker, and well worth another C-note. If you use your all-in-one printer to churn out primarily one-sided prints and copies, though, and don’t mind assisting your AIO when the occasional two-sided scan job comes along, the ET-3760 may pose a better value for your small office.
